Dan Green’s all-time world record performance this past weekend. Shattered a record that has stood since the ’70s. (Also, hard to believe someone could be my height (5’10”) and weigh 242 and not be fat at all (but ripped in fact))

My second favorite part is the music selection.

But seriously. Dan Green. New record. Holy shits.

EDIT: ACTUALLY the best part is breaking a world record total with a 2nd-attempt deadlift, and then going up another 44.1 pounds for the 3rd attempt. What. Crazy bastard.
